I feel I made a mistake hiring him for my divorce attorney. He seemed unprepared, confused even, and settled for way less spousal support than he told me I was entitled to in the beginning. He seemed to cave under pressure from my husband's very polished attorney. BUT the worst thing is, he didn't even file the spousal support papers with Friend of the Court and I didn't receive anything for 4 months and had to go to Friend of the Court myself to get the paperwork started. My husband is $1600 behind and only pays $10 extra per week, so it will take over 3 years for him to catch up IF he even does.
