I am in agreement with the review that was made 6 years ago. Carl has not changed and I would NEVER recommend for him to represent you in anything. He basically tells you that the system is the way it is and you have to accept it. He does not file motions or do any work on the behalf of his client, whom he is supposed to represent to his fullest ability. His lack of engagement and interest in your case hinders on malpractice. He will put on his act and his show and say what you want to hear, so if you hire him don't say I didn't warn you!

Carl did not do his job for our case. He laid back and took the easy way out. We should have been calling him everyday while he was "making deals" with the prosecutor in the case. Our life is changed forever. He did not get us any deal at all in the criminal case and we spent 1,000's of dollars. Other people I have talked to with the same charges had not even half of the punishments that I did. In the courtroom I had the worst punishment out of anyone seeing the judge that day and people there had offended more than I did and done worse things. I would NEVER recommend him to defend you for anything!!
