Worked on a real estate closing. Very poor communication on his part. Actually lied to his clients and ended up delaying the closing by months! He should try working at another profession.

Mr Lester helped my parents with a POA at their convenience. This was a Sunday evening before they left for Florida for a vacation. They ended up needing my help as a POA within 2 weeks.

What a gross man. Got convicted for tax fraud a couple years after bringing in a Super WalMart as town supervisor to a nice community despite much opposition. Townspeople are pretty confident that he took money from WalMart in order to get them in. Stay away from the scam artist. He will most likely over bill you or take some money from your escrow. One word: ****
