Has a tendency to side with the other guy/girl. On two seperate occasions to my ex-spouse to the court house, and home. Conflict of interest between parties. Did not submit any evidence on clients behalf, but did so for defendant. Went behind clients back to get a modification to decree, without clients knowledge, as a "friend of the court", against clients interest, but following defendants interest. Disclosed personal information about client to defendant. Sided with defendant, against client on numerous occasions, claiming that it was in the clients best interest. Held private conversations with defendant, without clients knowledge, or being present. Serious Conflict of Interest. Hart is over 80 years old, and refuses to use computers for his practice. Does not remember who his clients are, or what their cases are. Is a nice individual, but do not recommend using as council.
