Hired him to amend tax return to save $20,000 by writing off some business expenses I wasn't aware I could use. Seven months and $4,000 in penalties and interest later I gave up and called the IRS to make arrangements to pay the original amount plus penalties and interest. He sent my return to another CPA to be prepared. Had to pick it up across town and pay that CPA also. Now he's trying to stiff me for the $500 balance on my account. I have all the paperwork to back this up.
