He is just another predator like Jeff Haas. Did my divorce and then bragged with Alvin Flynn about how they raped me in court. Complete opportunist totally depending on how stupid of a person they can prey upon. Trust me when I tell you, the majority of lawyers in Tyler are not worth the paper used to make the degree they so proudly hang in their office. You will be better off doing your research and representing yourself in court for any reason. These men do not care about anything but taking your money and then talking about you over drinks with the rest of the alcoholic friends.

Agreed to take my case knowing what money I had. Accepted my case, took all the money I had, did nothing. Began 2010, did NOTHING. Mediation in 2013, nothing enforced, no communication. I lost everything. Do NOT use Ric Freeman for a divorce!

From my experience, his tactics are to stall and drag out cases forever. You can never get ahold of him to schedule dates for mediation or otherwise. He is hardly ever available and not because he is in high demand. What a joke.

SAME PROBLEM AS OTHER REVIEW HE DROPS THE BALL FORGETS YOUR PAPERWORK HE CAME RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. I BELIEVE HE LIKES TO SIT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DOES NOTHING FOR YOU!

Say's he will get it done and drops the ball after he's paid. You have to beg for info. Fails to follow up. paper work as proof.
