Retained Attorney Leavitt for my case and I must admit his retainer fee is costly and he made me nervous when I heard him tell his legal assistant that he didn't know what to do however his legal assistant is a take charge woman and she made the necessary calls to the courts in front of me and ensured me that I am in great hands. His assistant keeps me updated with my case and so far from my own research y case is going how it should. Attorney Leavitt always return my calls and keeps it brutally honest. Overall I recommend this Attorney and his office to everyone.

Disrespectfull, Doesnt care at all about his cases, thousands of dollars wasted, at some point he didnt even know what was going on with my case, i lost, Grab your money and RUN elsewhere

I met with Attorney Neil Leavitt, PA today, I had pressing issue that was weighing heavily on my mind. Not only did Atty. Leavitt address all of my issues & concerns with patients & diligence but his bar side manner was something you don’t find much of these days. I have to say I was very pleased and left his office informed, hopeful and at ease.
Great staff & Fantastic Attorney that knows his stuff!

I recently hired Mr. Leavitt regarding my Family Case and I was very pleased with his services and the way he handled my situation. I was going through a very nasty divorce and Mr. Leavitt made me feel extremely comfortable and made this divorce process as smooth as possible. He made me feel confident in him and I never had any issues with communication. He always kept me informed. I have no complaints and I referred two of my friends for other issues regarding landlord/ tenant and a civil issue. He is handling their case and they have advised me that they are grateful for the referral and they have not had any issues with him or his staff.

I received document stating some company was garnishing my wages - I went to Neal Leavitt in hopes he could find out who this company was and see if they were legit. He charged me 1,000. up front Nov 21, 2012. No communication - I called and E-mailed several times asking what was going on with my case and his secretary kept saying we have asked the judge for a hearing - I heard that for 5 months only to find out this case was dismissed back in November 8 2012 and this attorney didn't even know it - He allowed my employer to garnish my wages for 5 months for a case that was dismissed before I gave him the 1,000. - I wrote him a letter asking for a refund since the case was dismissed before he took my 1,000. He should have done his homework and checked out party that was trying to garnish my wages - he should have charged me an hour of time to research this but he never researched nor did his secretary. I wrote him a letter 2 weeks ago and no response and no refund. would not recomm

While he may not make you feel like you're his only client (bad bedside manner?), he handled my case professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of legal expertise. I would definitely hire him again to represent me and my interests.

does not answer emails or return calls- treated us as unimportant. has his secretary do everything whom he does not seem to communicate well with. dragged on our case forever and ended up screwed - had to fire him

TERRIBLE lawyer. Agree TOTALLY with the previous comments. You'd be better off representing yourself than hire this guy. Hiring Neil is like throwing money into a black hole...he REALLY is that BAD and dishonest in that he'll promise you the world and not do a damn thing after he's got your money. And, this isn't a case of if an attorney wins he's great, and if he loses he's terrible. This guy is just the WORST.
