She is my 2nd lawyer. I went through a bad divorce and a lot of bs to follow it. My kids were not in a safe place when with the other parent and new spouse. Emily helped me reached all my goals to make sure my kids never had to be in a bad situation. She is very compassionate and I feel she really tries. I have dealt with everyone I get office and no one was a disappointment. I can't thank her and her associates enough

I have used Emily for over 15 years, with divorce, criminal and pretty much anything one would need an attorney for. She's always been fair, honest and extremely helpful. I recommend anyone I know that needs an attorney to her. She is absolutely amazing.

she is also the town of Demotte's attorney and her major concern is to help the town of Demotte shaft taxpaying homeowners whenever they have a complaint

Horrible service, quick to take a lawyer fee then say she can't handle a case. Can't refund the money we paid for, and she did absolutely nothing for us. Would not recommend this lawyer. Ridiculous.

I worked with her on a child support issue for several years I should have gotten rid of her after the first Fiasco we had but just kept thinking that she could still help in the end my ex who makes 6 figures ended up paying a little over $100 a week for 3 children and me working a $60,000 an hour job got stuck paying for college tuition and everything else he got off scot-free far as I am concerned then she just had the audacity to drop me as a client when I complain

I had major criminal trouble and Emily Waddle did an awesome job getting everything taken care of. I would not use anyone else but her. I am glad she was there to help me when I really needed someone.

Allowed a person to kidnap a child when she should of told that person if the mother comes back for the child she has to give the child back due to this person not having no legal guardianship of the child so therefor the mother was still the guardian of the child

Where to start with Emily. Lets start by saying she is unable to file correct paperwork. Let's face it, when it comes to two parents and child visistation, the paper work needs to be correct in order to prevent further problems. She will claim you have a case even when you do not, just because she wants money. She is willing to drag a child through a horrible custody battle knowing that her client does not have a chance to win, but her client is paying her. That is all that matters. As for return phone calls, hold your breath. Once she has your money, she is pretty much done with you case. I am surprised that the Indiana Bar association allows a woman that has such low standards to practice law in this state. Probably why she is in Jasper county, back of the woods hillbilly justice.

Attorney Waddle was very helpful and patient in my time of crisis during divorce, and yet always ready to go the extra mile. She has an excellent knollege and skill and very professional, especially in court, confident and ready to go into any battle with energy and fortitude. Too many lawyers get called baracudas or such when they should be called Knights in shining armor when they put their neck out for us. I know i couldn't do her job, but she is very good at it.

Emily kept our son out of jail. She did a wonderful job for us. I am surprised by the above reviews because we never had issues with reaching her on the telephone or making office appointments. I would highly recommend her.

Never returned my phone calls. Would't defend me as non guilty due to other charges that would not benifit me in the case if I did plead non guilty. Never had any communication. Her secretary might as well have been my lawyer.

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't return phone messages. Used charges that were never filed against me to get me to settle my case. Never documented certain things that could be used to help my case. Withdrew from my case before it was settled. Was not honest and told me she wrote certain letters to "cover her butt". Messed up a letter that caused serious emotional backlash on my child and never corrected it upon request. Went to a partner in the firm to try to resolve my case and recieved no help. Eventually had to hire a new lawyer to finish case after two years and several thousands of dollars.
