This attorney was negligent in his representation. He did not do what he promised to do, didn't show up for scheduled Court appearances, didn't properly inform the Court of rescheduled appearances so the client was charged and it's in the record as a "no show." He abandoned his promised action 10 minutes prior to Court and poorly advised the client, who has a mental disability, to take a deal. He did not investigate the subsequent consequences of that plea and it resulted in a lost of driver's license and an lengthy treatment program, neither of which was appropriate under the circumstances. When asked about it afterwards he said he knew nothing about the program being involved and didn't handle registry cases and there was nothing he would do. He basically took the money and ran and his actions impacted the client's life irrevocably. He was unprofessional, manipulative, uncaring and unprepared. The managing partner never responded to requests for assistance. FIND ANOTHER ATTY!
