He takes weeks to answer emails, sometimes months. Constantly chasing him down. It took him 5 years to settle my accident claim which left me with 3 broken teeth and injured back. Took home 4 years to file a court paper then tells me he can't prove liability. Isn't that something he should have told me from the start?! Made me feel I wasn't as important to him as his other bigger clients. He has a problem with getting anything done in a reasonable time frame.

Extremely professional. Doesn't waste your time. Gets what he needs, works hard and delivers. He also has a wonderful team working with/for him. Would recommend his firm in a heart beat. I had a very emotional case, I was afraid and all precautions were taken by Mr. Jiwa and his associates to ensure justice was served while I was safe.

Nearly three and a half years ago, my husband was searching the Internet for a lawyer after I was injured in a car accident. We came upon the name Farouk Jiwa, because it was the first name to pop up in our search. Let me tell you, I never regret that decision. It has been a long journey, ups and downs, but through it all Farouk and his staff supported us; he did something for us my husband and I could not. Along with the hard work, there was compassion, and i guess you could say 'drive.' He gave me referrals to individuals that were incredibly important in my healing process. For example, he sent me to an OT for a thorough assessment; essentially, picking up points may GP may have missed. He worked very hard on my case, and was unbelievable at trial. I have a new respect for lawyers now. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Jiwa and his kind and supportive staff. I see the potential for his legal services to be of help to so many people. Thank you.

COnstantly having to hound him and his staff to send out forms and trying to get answers or responses out of them was darn near impossible. When both your dr and MRI clinic tell you that you have a bad lawyer, perhaps I should have listened.

Constantly having to follow up. Its been 3 months since I authorized a counter claim and it still has not been filed or even reviewed with me. I have initiated almost all communication and it is not always responded to. Extremely frustrating to deal with. I feel he is either not interested in my case, is over booked with cases and shouldn't have agreed to take on my case. It is a low velocity claim and not that difficult.
