I have never been fond of lawyers. Mr. Kraushaar disavowed me of my belief that all lawyers were out for the money, and didn't care about their clients. He was not only clear and concise in explaining my real estate transaction, but he made me feel like I was a part of his family. He even called me late at night and sat down with me on a weekend to go over my contract! I cannot express my gratitude for how he treated me though a very stressful process! I have a new, positive view of what a caring attorney can do for a client. Use him, you will be happy you did.

Wow! I cannot believe the clarity with which he explained the entire transaction from beginning to end. Very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Extremely ethical and detail oriented. Very happy with our choice.
