I engaged Rick Anderson and Mari Ives to help convince a bankruptcy trustee that her special counsel had filed a frivolous lawsuit against my company. Rick and Mari's analysis of the claim and their letter to the trustee was direct, factually correct and professionally aggressive. We have not yet heard if the letter is successful at causing the trustee to drop her claim but I know in my heart that there is no one who could have done better in my opinion. It is rare to find a professional that has the tenacity to take an alternate approach and put their heart into pursuing success for their clients.
