Paid Jon $20K to file a post conviction and appeal for my son's case.They went to 1Appeal, which I was promised that the PostConviction would be filed prior to that hearing, which they Did Not Do!then ignored thejudge holding off for 16mths to respond to a request for a hearing without filing documents to hold the courtaccountable fora timely response.Then asked us for another $5K from the original amt they went to one otherAppeal hearing to ask that the Judge respond to the hearing request for the Post Conviction.That is it- Nothing else- DIDNOT file the next appeal timely even though telling us that he would.They have now cost my son the right to still fight for the Post Conviction.TheyLOST the discovery packet they LOST the transcripts from the court thatI had to pay for them to have. Jon told me how much people mean to him &how being a lawyer means alot tohim-he had no problem taking my $20K & screwing my son out of any chance to finish his Post Conviction. DoNotTrust this law firm

He produced very good results for us. A good negotiator though he seemed to let the prosecutor have her way alot. How hard he tried to get the more serious charge dropped I don't know. He did get a lesser charge dropped. Not so good an orator. Stumbled through his court presentation. The biggest problem is communication. He was very hard to get a hold of and not completely forthcoming with answers to our questions or explaining things. Nor did he keep us up to date on the negotiations. "everythings going in the right direction" seems to be his favorite phrase. But as I said, it's hard to argue the results. They were better than expected and could have been much, much worse.

I cannot thank the offices of Rion, Rion and Rion enough for the legal representation and the successful results. The office accommodated my schedule and even met with me on weekends to prepare my case so I did not have to miss work. The firm has handled several issues for me and the results have always been better than I had hoped for. If you want the best representation this is the only firm to go to.

i wouldn't hire any of these lawyers for my dog,they take your money and turn on you for the other party you paid them to fight for,we had nickole yeak!its a shame to ruin a good name they had year ago but now they are rated right there with the general dollar store.they dont care about you getting your kids if the mom pays her she says its what the dad wants dont atemp to fight for us.shame,shame shame,but i do know the lawyer down the hall is awesome!

Will lie to your face. Then plead you out. The frim has a long history of malpractice suits against them. Bring your suit against them before a year.
