My ex and I were having a very amicable divorce, agreed on how everything was to be dealt with & she tried to get me to go after him for a bunch of things that I told her I wasn't interested in. She dragged out what should have been a quick appt, & then demanded more money over the original price before she would sign the document. I told her I had no more money, she said "yes you do" & then demanded cash, she told me to drive to the atm as she wouldn't take a chq or debit. I was in tears & my ex came to console me & he paid the extra $ just to get it over with. I felt taken advantage of, ripped off, made to feel like a fool for wanting a civil divorce. She seemed to want to make a sad situation worse & only cared about the $. Would never send anyone to her in a million years. Avoid this "lawyer".

Unfortunately there is not a ZERO rating. Ms. Tulloch is a horrible human being. She was the lawyer that my confused, stressed, 75 year old stepmother had the misfortune to hire to deal with my Dad's estate. Ms. Tulloch not only took complete advantage of my stepmother, but she also did everything she could to cause problems within our family. Everything she does is legal and is completely unethical. I cannot stress enough that she is a horrible, horrible person...who is also a chicken and won't talk to a person. She hides in her office when one goes to talk to her, while she's charging you waaaay too much.

Hired for my divorce agreed to my spouses lawyers demands, dragged her feet, charging me every time I turned around but made little progress. Did not protect my interests in any way shape or form. I would NEVER recommend her nor use her. I had to keep hounding her to get things done which was followed by a request for more money. Finally picked final papers then was advised I need to obtain divorce certificate??

she is estate lawyer for my dads estate she wrote the will there are only two benificiearies and they are in agreement and it has been ten years and she still has not settled it. what else can i say?

she overcharges big time for nothing. she knows that if you go to taxation, most likely you will lose. she will take on your case and then ignore you for the longest time. when you fire her to go somewhere else for proper service, she then sends a huge bill. no, i would not recommend her.
