I welcome the opportunity to write about Mr. Edward Vaisman. While searching for a bankruptcy lawyer, we looked for 3 things: someone that is knowledgeable, trusted, and reasonably priced. Edward Vaisman satisfied all 3 criteria.
Vaisman replaced another attorney. He took his time to understand our unique circumstance. Vaisman explained the various options available. Also, he educated us with some of the bankruptcy laws. His knowledge & experience was clearly demonstrated on our initial call.
Looking for a replacement attorney, we wanted a lawyer that we can trust. We found that with Vaisman because of his prompt response. He was always available to answer questions. Moreover, his demeanor instilled confidence & thus, we always felt comfortable that Vaisman will handle our complex case.
Furthermore, Vaisman never took advantage of our immediate needs & only required a reasonable fee for his services. Vaisman is an honorable man with high integrity & a true asset to the community.

As a professional I sometimes need the assistance of others. In this case I made the right choice. With Ed's help, guidance and knowledge I was not only able to achieve my goals but realized a greater satisfaction in the outcome which, without his overview, I would have been taken advantage of. I feel very fortunate to have found Mr. Vaisman and have him work on my behalf. I came to his office very anxious and distressed after a failed settlement attempt and an 18 month process with a bankruptcy law group that was too costly for me to continue, while having to do much of the paperwork. Mr. Vaisman was understanding, patient, and reassuring as he coached me through the process. The payment arrangement was doable, the entire process was thoroughly explained, and the successful resolution was exactly as he said it would be. He helped me get my confidence back. Mr. Vaisman is a great attoney. I'm going to telol all my family and friends if they need a good attornet to contact Mr. Vaisman. I went to a banktruptcy who was suppose to be a top law firm for bankruptcy and they told me I couldn't file. I went to Mr Vaisman who helped me 100% and now my bankruptcy was granted as mine was not an easy case. I suggest if you shop around for an attorney see Mr. Vaisman before you chose your attorney. He's the best.
