He’s terrible. Been working on a simple divorce for 3 years. Doesn’t respond to emails or calls. Seems like he’s willing to just give ex spouse what they’re asking for and not fighting for me-the client-at all. Will be finding a new lawyer ASAP.

Poor communication skills and does not return phone calls. Does not do what his client wants but rather follows his own agenda. Is too late in reacting in critical situations and very unorganized. Basically says he has done something when he has not. Smart individual but not very proactive. Prosecutors probably love seeing him as the defense counsel as he will not be prepared nor will he have taken all the steps to best represent his client.

Extremely frustrated with his lack of communication. He never returns phone calls, or emails. After 9 months, I had to find another lawyer. Nothing had been accomplished during this time. If he was too busy to take on new clients, I wish he would have said so at the beginning.

Please DO NOT use this lawyer. I firmly believe that he doesn't care about the well being of his clients. I have been trying to get a divorce finalized for the past 2.5 years. He rarely returns phone calls or emails. He screens phone calls and avoids dealing with the issues that he was hired to do. He has made a simple divorce look like he was rewriting the book on family law!!

Used foster for a real estate deal and everything went smoothly. Work was done on time and communication was great!

I'm surprised by the previous ratings. Foster assisted me with my separation last year, and I found him both knowledgeable and professional. He was very considerate of the emotions involved.

Wishy washy, he is a very poor lawyer. When asked about the price he would not commit, made error after error. Did not represent me adequately. Was un-reachable, would not return vmails or emails. How a simple case (straight forward real estate transaction) could be screwed up in 6 different ways is mind boggling. I will never use him or his firm again.
