BEWARE! I had a very similiar experience with this guy. After 2 years I finally fired him and hired a new attorney. He is VERY slow to return calls and rarely does what he says he is going to do. Two years and over $9k wasted on Keith Spencer.

This guy is the worst attorney ever who never keeps promise. All he knows is how to empty his client's pocket. If you wanna win your case, take it to somewhere else. He is a good for nothing lawyer.

My ex was over $10k behind in support and sued for custody. All I wanted was an adjustment to support and back pay. He didn't do anything but take my money. I paid $6k to get $2.5k in arrearages, and no increase in the support amount, which has been the same for 4+ years. I told him in his office on many occasions what I wanted, and he said no problem, but I guess was just to busy being Exec VP and talking on the radio to handle my case with anything but disregard and incompentance.
