INCOMPETENT, SHADY. I had to chase him for legal work I requested & paid ahead of time. I sat & waited in the office while legal clerk was typing documents. I explained what I wanted. He incorrectly set it up wrong. He gave incorrect banking advice for estate a/c. His accountant took my cheque payable to Minister of Finance and tries to get it certified. Bank calls me up if I had authorized it. I said NO. I rather certify it myself than his office accessing my bank a/c. The worst part my probate documents were court approved and his office sat on it for several months. I had to chase him for it. He photocopied my credit card and several months later, I get these emails asking me to go buy gift cards. I should have run for the hills when I met him in tight leggings. One time I see this guy in orange jogging suit in the office. He turns around and it's him. Ugghh! It's not even casual Friday and he's in this horrific outfit. I went blind. Wouldn't trust him to represent me at court.

Terrible. Simply Terrible. I asked him to give me my law statement record and he said he was almost finished. Turns out he didn't do anything.

Untrustworthy scumbags beware with dealing with these people. They will try to upcharge out the ass and then if you dont sign turn you into the cops.

I bought a condo 5 years ago and used this law firm to handle all the legal work. First of all Samuel Eng failed to catch that the previous owner had illegally changed the layout of the unit I purchased. Secondly, he failed to return any of my phone calls after I found out the issue although I called on a weekly basis for few months after. Finally, the office did not reach out to me regarding the unused fund (worth almost $2k) that I pre-deposited when I signed the paper works until now, which is 5 years later. The customer service and experience overall was awful. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone
