Makes work for himself to draw things out; I am financially ruined because of him and his greed.I believe in karma so I will let the universe deal with him. And the sad part is that he was likable as a person.

Mohler asserts silly and Mickey-Mouse defenses. He obstructs discovery in a self-defeating way. His scorched earth tactics cause his client to pay legal fees unnecessarily and without effect. You have been warned.

Mr. Mohler will talk up a big game, say you have a great case, but when push comes to shove I believe he is very inexperienced in this area of law. Seemed to research things which he should have already known, and also researched topics I never asked him to do. Moreover, I was very clear about what I hoped to achieve and at what price I was willing to pay. This was completely ignored by him and his firm. He then tried to bill me for work done before any agreement was signed. All I know is that a reasonable lawyer gets information, gets a fee agrement (and fee) and does the agreed upon work.
