i needed agressive, hard core representation....what i got was a LOT of bad advice from the paralegal (only spoke to Fred twice), lost my kids in the process...was a teddy bear in court,...I got walked all over, ...he handed my ex-wife EVERYTHING! now i NEVER see my kids, and owe her a load. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

Had our case for over two years and did nothing other than inform firm being sued that they intended to sue them. No communication. No returned calls. Now he has been suspended for two months and wants to know if we want out. Says we would be responsible for fees incurred to date.?

been divorced, ex-husband got all the money I didn't got anything even though were married for 16 yrs. Plus depth to attorney $ 10000 total, had to file bankruptcy.

HORRIBLE!! Due to Fred Howes lack of knowledge and work, I am in the process of being screwed over in my divorce. With a child involved, my ex is not going to have to pay child support, give me any of our 3 vehicles, pay me any money owed to me, and gets to walk with everything. I have the child, and yet I now have no vehicle, no property, and no financial means to support my self. and now, Im over $3,000 in debt for lawyer fees.

Attorney Howe provided poor representation for me in my Child Custody Case. His lack of communication, unpreparedness at trial and knowledge of my case led to me ultimately loosing my case.

Didn't answer questions, did not inform on progress of case, did not incorporate instructions into case, does not appear to have communicated key elements to opposing lawyer, either. Texted with other clients while in PRIVATE conference, and failed to ask for clarification on isssues he did not understand. After telling me not to sign the decree, he called 3 weeks later to ask if I was going to sign the decree. Unbelievably poor performance. Didn't even see the "Pre Trial Joint Agreement" until 2 weeks AFTER the trial. That is a document into which both sides are supposed to have input.
