Totally useless. Also a huge coward. He did NOTHING on my case for over four months when it was set for trial. He's a big crook. He took over my case when Ted Leopold dumped it due to judicial pressure. He waited a few months, then dumped the case as well. The crooked judge did not want me to win an accident case because her abusive brother was divorcing me and he would not benefit from my settlement. Rather than help me, Carroll lied, tried to intimidate me, and lied to my doctors. He's lazy, a chicken, and not too smart. His office crew is rude, too. Don't waste five minutes with this crook. He doesn't represent the client; he does what the good ol boys in corruption county tell him to do. He's the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. AVOID THIS WORM!!!!
