Mr.John F Lillard was hired to handle a car accident for me ! Somebody ran in the back of my car,and I had left knee injuries and I injured my back ! I only spoke with him over the phone never been to his office ! The first time I met him was at the settlement table with the insurance company to come up with settlement amount for my pain and suffering. They reached a settlement amount and he told me everything look good and he will contact me ! I called him after several weeks and never could reach Mr John F Lillard! Finally his secretary returns my call and said Mr.John F Lillard said to tell me I was not receiving a settlement for my injuries.I believe he lied and kept my pain and suffering settlement money! He is dishonest ! Deceitful and have been disciplined for fraud..Stay away from this attorney
