Jud is knowledgable, but lazy and only out for his own personal interests. Poorest of communication - He is never available even in an emergency! His assistant Sharon is also the worst to deal with - Unprofessional and low class! He is quite the salesman and tells you whatever you want to hear, but does not follow through! Starts cases & then neglects them at the client's expense for months to years - However long it takes for you to figure out that he is not working for you. Can be influenced to not represent you appropriately if there is a personal benefit with opposing council. Only interested in big $ cases. He will not represent you appropriately and definitely does not take child custody cases seriously! He will fail to give you vital information from opposing council or to act on vital information you provide him. He went into court twice totally unprepared before I had to replace him. Working with him is a poor investment - He will break your bank & not produce! DO NOT USE JUD!

Easy to trust. Appears experienced and self confident. Then he makes promises he can't keep, putting children's lives in danger, that placed their trust in him, nightmare for a mother. Then at the last minutes scares you into settling out of court in fear of possible losing children even with good witness testimony. Very disappointing as are most I've found. It's all about the dollar!
