RUN!!! Doesn't return calls or emails, doesn't inform me of court dates or forward documents, and is no match for opposing counsel. But, there certainly is a hefty invoice for all this dodging and inertia!

Mr. Lamantia was a very unattentive attorney. He acted as if he could care less about the outcome and did nothing to fight for my child and I. His para legal even went as far as to tell me that there are people that have worse situations than i do and to let it go. I feel they took advantage of my age and got upset with me when I called them out on it. Now they want me to pay them for services that he rendered but did nothing in the time of those services. I felt he wanted to put my child in the care of the father. Who was eventually charged with holding large amounts of drugs! Awful service please don't waste your time and money if you are in a serious issue. Your child needs an attorney that will fight for you!

Run away from this disaster of an attorney. He is NONRESPONSIVE. Eventually hired another attorney and learned that LaMantia has a terrible reputation for not showing up in court. Would love my $10,000+ back, but frankly am glad to rid of him.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE at communication and following up. I have had to log on to the Charleston County Family Court docket to find out what status is with our case. Then place multiple calls and send multiple emails - no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.

We are going through a similar scenario as the previous post. We cannot get a call returned or even an invoice. I am praying we don't see a huge bill at the end of this.

Finally, a lawyer who listened. I had a lawyer prior to Anthony who never helped with my case. I wasted a lot of money on her. I was recommended to Anthony and I was thrilled. He worked out within weeks what my old lawyer took months and $4000 to not get done. He was a miracle for me and saved my family's Christmas. I was blessed to have found him!
