Do NOT go to this lawyer. He offers no refunds. He does shoddy work. You will not get what you want, unless your requirements are cut-and-dry simplicity. I had to PUSH for sole custody and an injunction in my divorce due to abuse, and am still fighting him on it when he has told me he could do what I wanted. The respondant is defaulting by not responding, so it should be easy for him, but he does not listen to a word I say and trys to force a 50-50 joint custody by telling me he will fix it, then filing for a final hearing with a form that hasn't changed.
