I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you DO NOT use Mr. Virga as a divorce attorney! I paid him a lot of money for nothing. He let my ex-husband and his attorney do whatever they wanted and gave them whatever they asked for. He was virtually worthless.

Gerard has been handling my traffic case for a while now, and he has been quick and efficient in handling my case and scheduling a court date. He is very down to earth in his descriptions of what needs to be done and what doesn't, and the paperwork I have had to fill out is very simple but it sums up what I have to do. Gerard's office is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Mr. Virga is by far the worst lawyer and most unethical office I have ever had to deal with. After seven months of trying to get a hearing date for a motion filed in my divorce, I was dismayed to find that my husband's lawyer was able to get a date for a motion he filed months after mine in just a matter of weeks. I also never got notified on this hearing because his office said they could not get a hold of me via phone, email or letter! I found this completely unacceptable bc they were able to call me just a week before requesting more payment! I have called his office for the last two days trying to get him to call me back and I still have not heard back from Girard. I am sure that each time I call asking him to call me they are charging me. His staff is very poorly run and very unethical. They have made a difficult situation even worse. I feel like they are secretly working for my husband's lawyer. Avoid this lawyer like the plague!

I have had three previous attorneys and Mr. Virga has been the only attorney thus far to move my case along. He is very honest and trustworthy. A great attorney.
