Booker never showed up to court on my behalf had caused me to miss several job opportunities including government jobs. I now have a failure to appear and a suspended license on my DMV driving record. I just hope there is some way I can get it removed and carry on with my life. Please never use this guy.

This man is a joke! this man did not appear for a court date for simple speeding violations. Which i received FTA letters stating license will be suspended. Well this joker lied to me 4 different time. Guess he thinks I'm stupid. He is a liar and was very rude to me on the phone when I called to confront him. Oh until he found out who I was, then he was very apologetic and nice. Hilarious. Great job Keith. I will be filing a grievance. He needs to be disbarred. Oh, might I mention this is not the first time he has done this to the same family. Joke

WOW!!! I read some reviews and was a bit skeptical......but WOW!!! I chose to use Mr. Booker after talking to him about my case and realizing how genuine and personable he is. He represented me in court in a manner that the results far exceeded my expectations! I can only assume the people who had negative experiences with him did not do what was asked of them to help out their case, ie, pay, show up in court with the attorney, etc. I HIGHLY urge you to hire this firm if you are at all I tetrsted in getting not only the most bang for your buck BUT the best outcome possible!!!!

I have hired Mr. Booker numerous times to help out with traffic tickets and other minor misdemeanor charges. He has always done an excellent job for me! He makes the process very simple and is very exact in what he says. I have referred him to many friends and they have had the same experience. I feel his prices are very reasonable. When I first needed a lawyer I called around to price check and he was by far the best! I highly recommend this attorney.

Mr. Booker was helping me with an assault on a female charge. I was extremely stressed out and went to his office to discuss the matter. We spent 30 minutes going over the facts and the legal options. I left that day feeling better and I felt even better when he got me a not guilty. This happened in Cabarrus county on 8/6/15.

I hired Mr. Booker for a speeding that i got in Celevland County I was going for improper equipment because of my speed ometer Mr. Booker send me letter I called and asked what he could do for me he told me he could get me a prayer for Judgement I paid him 300.00 and he did attend my court dates but he never send me anything stating the outcome so I ended up calling the court and they told me that he got it reduced to 9 over the speed limit but that is not what I paid him so I will never use him again or send him any business

signed the contract, for him to represent me, to handle a personal injury case. three years is the statute of limitations for personal injury cases. i thought it was seven years. so when i heard it was three, i searched out Keith Booker and associates. his response was, he couldn't get up with me to see what my choice would be. well having signed the contract. he represents me. and it is his duty to work for me in my best interest. a lawyer does this very thing when you get a speeding ticket. so he didn't do his best in my best interest. even if i wasn't there to confer with. that's dereliction of duty the way i see it. if he did the work, i didn't get my money. i can't honestly refer his business to anyone. i'd have a guilty conscience if i were too.

My experience with Mr. Booker was nothing short of horrible. Charged 3 times the amount he quoted and it took forever to have the funds returned. Then, stated he had gone to court on my behalf and had succeeded in getting a continuance....only problem was that, according to him the continuance was for the same date as my initial court appearance. At best , he is very confused....at worst, I would state he is an inept crook, who doesn't even do that too well. Needless to say, decided not to retain his services. Based on previous comments, I should have steered clear of him. Just did NOT expect this kind of deceit from an attorney's office.

Keith was amazing, and these negative reviews make no sense. I'm in California and had a failure to appear and speeding ticket in North Carolina, in a court actually in a county near South Carolina! He not only scheduled it with the court, but went there not once, but TWICE, got my failure to appear dropped and settled my ticket. He even went to DMV for me and reinstated my license! Keith Booker was a huge help, and saved my license! I definitely recommend retaining Mr. Booker if you need help with a ticket. (:

In november I had my first speeding ticket and had received a letter from Mr Booker saying he could help me. I called him, paid him half before the court date and half after. AFTER the court date he called me and said every thing was taken care of and that my record was clear so I had nothing to worry about and I thought it was all done. Well, I got a letter in February saying I needed to appear in court for the same ticket. I called the district office and a new lawyer and both said there was NO lawyer even appointed for me!!!! This man is a crook and all he wants is his money that he doesn't even deserve. What is sad is that he has done this multiple times to people trying to receive help and STILL has his license to be a lawyer. Do not use him! He causes more trouble than help! Not to mention when I try to call him back his direct line is disconnected.

This man did not show up for me in court twice. the first time he didnt show up i questioned him and he assured me he didnt.and i told him i had a warrant. He said he will have that taken care of. They gave me another court date and once again he did not show up. I paid him in full the first day i talked to him. When i questioned him about him not showing up his attitude was piss poor. You can never get a hold of his assistant. then he requested for me to send in paperwork where i paid for a previous ticket to "MAKE MY(HIS) JOB EASIER" after i saw him n court from another court i had, with another attorney. he came to me and said he was going to take care of the warrant i had from HIM not showing up. after the DA finished with everything i had a charge for 160.00 which he told me the balance was 270.00. really? He is a crook.

This lawyer has lied to my daughter about what he has done for to get her license back. He claims to have filed the paper work with the courts. When we check to see if that had been done the courts said he has not filed anything. When we tell him we know he hasn't filed the papers he then gives us another excuse. This man is not an attorney who can represent his clients in their best interest. This lawyer needs his license revoked immediately. He takes your money and does not represent you. He lies to you.

He has done the unthinkable. As a lawyer who's already been for paid his services, he failed to show to court, wont respond to my phone calls or emails and now im at risk for losing my license. Stay far FAR away from this scam of a lawyer.

I have used Mr. Booker many times. I have always had great service from him. One thing I know for sure is if you want your attorney to work for you....you need to pay the fee. Highly recommend this attorney.

If you have ever hired this man your complaint is most likkely exactly the same. He was supposed to represent me in court but he never showed up. But he sure cashed my check. The DMV let me know that. Now I'm threatened with permanent revokation, still have to go to court, and added a Failure to Appear charge to my ticket.
I am taking further action on this matter.
NEVER HIRE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING!!
This is not the first time this has happened i've read several reviews and he will not show in court Keith Booker is a SCAM and someone should revoke his liscense.
