Having been on the non-client end of this lady I can share my experience with her. She does indeed harass current and former employers and tries to get documents from them w/o following proper procedure. She went so far as to have my previous employer give her copies of me entire employee file. This employer complied without following proper state procedure and was found to be liable. I was advised by my attorney to not bother pursuing any legal action towards them because it would cost me an arm and a leg and they'd just get a slap on the wrist. She also faxed/called my current employer asking for various stuff but fortunately they have enough sense to not comply to invalid requests. Ex-wife still uses her so I am sure I will get the pleasure of dealing with her again soon. I am actually kind of glad the ex is still using her. This go around I am going to pursue any improper behavior from this attorney.

This lady harasses the parties family, employer and attempts bullying tactics all while telling lies to the judge. I personally know this conduct has taken place with 2 very recent cases. Beware. I am sure she talks tough but in the end this ladies tactics will hurt her client.
