I find Mr. Toland and his office to be ran extremely unprofessionally. Each time I was in the office there were papers of other cases spread out on the counter where you speak with the receptionist where it was very easy for me to see them and read them if I wanted! As soon as I told them I would need more time with my payments he stopped calling me or returning my calls even though he agreed to work with me on his payments!
