Mr. Malone's communication with me has been extremely poor. Before my father died in August 2001, he said if you ever have any question, Call Mr. Malone, who rarely returns my calls. I am the oldest daughter, the first child in my father's family. We were very close even though he lived in L.A. and I live in Washington D.C. but visit L.A. often. Recently I found a letter from my father stating his wishes for his estate; for ALL of his estate to go to my children and my sister's children in the Lacy Trust. Why does half go to my stepsister? She is not blood related and has a family of her own. Secondly, why is she named a successor trustee? Why? She is extremely hostile to me, and has a conflict of interest. My father near the end of his life at age 96, was suffering from macular degeneration, borderline senility; he couldn't see; wore a hearing aide; had hearing problems. He could not defend himself. Why weren't his written wishes in a letter to me and my sister carried out? Why?
