In going through the divorce process, Mr. Zitney made me feel at ease. Mr. Zitney not only took the time to return every call, email and answer every question - he made sure to keep me informed of any possible situations. He must be a master at his craft because every situation did come up from opposing counsel - which helped me prepare and remain focused. I was extemely pleased that he was able to let me know, if I had any quesitons or concerns to contact him. I actually did have a question in the middle of a hearing, he stopped to reassure me the normal protocal and that there was nothing to worry about. Thank you Mr. Zitney! Mr. Zitney was great in helping educate me to understand every step and that the Family Court isn't such a big bad monster. I greatly appreciate his advice, his calmness, his courtesy, his knowledge and his over all charater.I couldn't have asked for a better attorney out of Rancho Cucamonga. I highly recommend him for all Family Law matters.

After spending thousands and 3 rescheduled hearing date, I finally gave up and ready to get rid of my lawyer. I was glad a friend recommended Jonathan Zitney. I hired him to write my divorce final judgment. After our initial consult, I can tell right away that Mr. Zitney is NOT a money-hungry lawyer. He is very professional, he understood all my concerns; he answers my emails fast and even covered all areas that I haven’t thought of. Just after a week, I received the draft that he made, and I was literally blown away! It was written in detail and exactly how I wanted it. The opposing counsel made a comment, saying that, Mr. Zitney’s judgment draft is far more superior that the previous attorney’s draft. His secretary Melinda was also amazing. She prepared the forms I need to submit with my final docs. Completed all the forms in less than 24 hrs. I was able to submit all dos in less than a month. Now just waiting for the docs to come back from the courthouse w/ the judge’s signature.

I'm very pleased by John performance as a lawyer. He puts alot of detail in to his work. Not just a lawyer but a friend. Very understanding and a solid person. With the price of lawyers these days good ones don't come cheap , but you pay for what get. He also is very realistic and knows his craft very well. He is young and hungry with great knowledge of your position. I felt very confident going in to court knowning that when my son was taken away from me due his mother choices that I would get him back. He helped to obtain a 50/50 agreement with my 5 year old son.

Best lawyer ever! He is stellar with appeals. Sounds to me like the person from the last review hasn't seen Mr. Zitney in action, or maybe he has and didn't like him because he was on the recieving end of Mr. Zitney.

Do not be deceived by his youth Mr. Zitney is knowledgeable beyond his years. This attoney helped me in my family law case, I was pleased with his ability to represent me. I noticed in his office he had many certifications and now I see why. Mr. Zitney knows exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend him as an atttorney to anyone in need of one. I was lucky to have him on my side.

Mr. Zitney, sets himself apart from other attorneys by far. He is completely knowledgeable, professional and articulate. He makes one feel comfortable about asking questions. I never had to worry about him not returning my calls. Mr. Zitney is a man of his word, I have already recommended him to a friend looking for a great attorney. He helped me in my custody case, having him represent me was the best decision I could have made in this difficult process.

While Mr. Zitney may specialize in other areas of law, my husband and I worked with him in a Family Law case. Although young, Mr. Zitney's aptitude and competence are far beyond his few years of practicing law. My husband and I found Mr. Zitney to be very knowledgeable and personable. He competently represented our case and truly advocated for us. His responses were clear, consise, based on law, and fair. We respected the way he argued our case without using slander as a means to win the case, he instead used the facts and laws. He did a great job for us and we would recommend him to anyone as a family law attorney.
