I interviewed for a position at Okrent's office. My interview was sabotaged by his office staff. A staff member rudly interrupted the meeting to discussing some "pressing issue" with Okrent, that was so important it couldn't wait 5 minutes. Upon abruptly ending the interview upon his return, Okrent stated he or his secretary would contact me within a day or so about the job. I followed up immediately after with an email and fax. I have yet to have any contact from Okrent or his secretary. I found the entire interview process unprofessional and uncomfortable. Okrent and his staff have my lowest recommendation. Albeit, I found employment in another law office.
