I settled with the defendants using this attorney. The settlement check was cashed by this attorney in July 2015. I have a copy of the cancelled check. He never gave me my share. His office has ignored phone calls, told me the check was lost, the there was 'something wrong' with his bank account. Now they are just ignoring me. A friend had the same problem. He only got his settlement check when he threatened to call the local news. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

I wish I had googled reviews for this "lawyer" prior to handing this used car salesman a large retainer. This shyster gives no value for hard earned money. Follow up none. Return a phone call no, unless you threaten contacting the Bar Association. He gets one of his clericals to send a copy of a decision, 5 months AFTER the decision. He thinks his clients are stupid. But the date stamp on the decision shows it was from 5 months prior. Oh, he claims he "never received the decision." See, if I were a professional, I might have my assistant check on decisions expected by particular dates. This after being told that a decision was expected by that date. I don't wonder why the 2 other sales associates no longer work for this man. Please don't make the mistake I made. There are some good reviews, yes. But this guy is a sham.

Great experience with this attorney, always returned my phone calls and kept me informed on what was going on in my case. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. I definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking to hire an attorney!

This man is full of hot air. He never follows through on what he says he will do, other than to take your money. He talks big and delivers nothing. Morelli is always busy and unavailable to clients, in spite of telling them that they can always call him on his cell. He will tell you that he is busy when you do call. Waits until the last minute to file papers, leaving the client in the dark. Do not be sucked in by the big talk, that is all it is, talk. This man does not deserve to still have a law practice given the lack of professionalism in the office. Save yourself the aggravation, use a different attorney.

Damn shame - from prior results, he was good at one time, but I would not recommend. He didn't even really handle the case at all, an associate did, and the associate had no fire or knowledge. I have to give him a poor score on "knowledge" too, but he was so uninvolved in the litigation that I can only rate his associate. Just my experience - and not a good one.

I would not recommend Steven Morelli. As a previous Rater also indicated, trying to get him to return phone calls was ridiculous. He would have his associate call when I paid a very nice sum of money for him to call me and handle my case. However, after I witnessed how he performed in the court room with "all his experience," I don't think it would have mattered. I was not impressed at all. Too late for me, but not for anyone considering hiring him. He is not thorough, tenacious or reactive. My opinion....

I iterviewed with a few different lawyers before we chose him. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in as that we were doing the right thing. He was fair and honest and got me the compensation I deserved . wich is the reason I went to this man in the first place his reputation preceeded him and then he delivers!

tried countless times to make appointments to see him after paying my retainer fee. all i get is cnaceled appointments, peomises from his seceretary and him that bhe would return my phone calls or someone else would contact me,.....nothing.
