One win after another. Two years ago Victor defeated Canada Border's allegations that my marriage was fake and I was finally allowed to stay in Canada. During that time, Victor also wrote the Wills of my elderly husband. My husband recently died (he was 73 and I am 24 and beautiful) and I am now entitled to almost all the assets. Great work.

Victor jeopardized my entire divorce case and abandoned it suddenly. There were red flags with him in the beginning of not being reachable by phone or email. He let the time limitations expire and was not reacheable to make alternate arrangements with me proceeding with the matter or having the chance to go with different counsel who would know what to do with the case. He simply abandoned it after taking it on. Several years of work down the drain. He did not even allow me the choice of going with a different counsel or finding alternate arrangements before the time limitations expried. Beware everyone with this lawyer. He will not behave professionally and go off of his whims and attend to other cases that he picks and chooses while leaving you in jeopardy of everything. He singlehandedly destroyed all entitlement that I had to anything resulting from the divorce by not attending to the case at all because he felt like it without allowing me to proceed in other ways with it.

I lost my refugee case and my appeal with another lawyer and was looking for a lawyer for one year to take my case to the Federal Court. I met 8 lawyers and everyone said that my case had no merits and that I had missed all the deadlines. I then met Mr. Pilnitz. He looked at my case for 15 minutes and had completely different view from the 8 previous lawyers. Mr. Pilnitz filed my case in the Federal Court and, as we had anticipated, the Minister brought a motion to dismiss for delay. We expected that and easily defeated the Minister's motion. Victor conducted estate litigation for our grandmother and even though the lawyer on the other side was more senior than Victor, the overall results Victor accomplished with his tenacious strategies far exceeded our expectations. I guess our opponents were pretty disappointed. Good work.

Man of his word: keeps promises, punctual; honest, open, honourable, humane, good in human relations, very pleasant: after a while you cannot help but like the man; friendly, helpful, good communicator. I had usually bad experience with lawyers and cannot like them, but this was a positive surprise! Did his job well on all fronts and did not mind to go that 'extra mile'. Conscientious and diligent. Interesting man with wide range of exciting professional and unusual life experience. He was probably brought up in adverse conditions which toughen him up. I believe he always tries his best and combining it with his good work habits he wins. He is a winner!

Terrible lawyer! I've seen many lawyers in court before, but this is an extreme example of complete incompetence. Don't waste your money (and your time) by retaining him.
