I lost my refugee case and my appeal with another lawyer and was looking for a lawyer for one year to take my case to the Federal Court. I met 8 lawyers and everyone said that my case had no merits and that I had missed all the deadlines. I then met Mr. Pilnitz. He looked at my case for 15 minutes and had completely different view from the 8 previous lawyers. Mr. Pilnitz filed my case in the Federal Court and, as we had anticipated, the Minister brought a motion to dismiss for delay. We expected that and easily defeated the Minister's motion. Man of his word: keeps promises, punctual; honest, open, honourable, humane, good in human relations, very pleasant: after a while you cannot help but like the man; friendly, helpful, good communicator. I had usually bad experience with lawyers and cannot like them, but this was a positive surprise! Did his job well on all fronts and did not mind to go that 'extra mile'. Conscientious and diligent. Interesting man with wide range of exciting professional and unusual life experience. He was probably brought up in adverse conditions which toughen him up. I believe he always tries his best and combining it with his good work habits he wins. He is a winner!
