Reading the comments posted, I wonder if you have ever met James Hagler. Very prepared. He is thorough and tenacious. Mr. Hagler is a highly regarded attorney.

This is not a good attorney. He complained about everything and had always had an excuse as to why he did not work harder. He let my wife's attorney beat him up in court and was afraid to speak up. I thought because he was older he would have more experience but he was just more timid. Another client told me he asked to be transferred from Mr. Hagler and got a much better attorney. I ended up being billed way too much with awful results. He was the worst. I think he was afraid to go to court and fight but when I first met him he gave me all of these promises and hopes by focusing on how unfair my situation was.
