Non s professional lawyer he distroy families and put the legal aid cases on the side because they are poor families and he dont replay to his clients and to the other party ( the other lawyer) and he made a simple amical divorce complicated between a nice couple with kids and are agreed and satisfied with the results of their mediation ! I cant belive that and wont go to court and just put that file somewhere !!!i am asking my self and evryone : is it discrimination or what !!

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value total crap!,
Francis promised me due to my case being a domestic abuse ridden case that he promised full custody or at least mon-friday with my ex having weekends, promised restraining order against my ex, flopped every time, he'll start good but in the end he wants to only make a quick buck and doesn't care about your case luckily i found out i used legal aid and apparently im not the only legl aid case hes flopped on at least i noticed beforehand BEWARE!!!, he doesn't treat legal aid cases with the same respect as a paying one!, he kept on making excuses cancelling appointments when i got there and was VERY dodgy!

Francis is hands down the best family lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he fight for the best interest of my child, he won me sole custody. 5 years later, I hired him for a second time, for the step-parent adoption of the same child, and he got our family the adoption order. He truly fights for the best interest of the children. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you Francis for all your hard and diligent work!

Francis represented me in my divorce settlement. He demonstrated integrity and professionalism at all times. He looked after my best interest during the process. I worked for Francis. I saw him work with some difficult situations. He treats each client as a valued person, an individual. He gives every client his all. He is hard working and will not compromise on his strong ethics. He is highly respected in his field. I carry spares of his business cards for handing out to people. He is a good man, honourable and respectful.

As a client of this Lawyer, for the duration of my divorce, which was several years. He showed kindness, compassion, and integrity at all times. Everyone of us come to these situations, emotionally charged, and at the time, swimming in the dark. So I was vey sadden to see a comment by someone, who had not been a client of this lawyer, make such judgment call. I would say that my experience was very professional and well executed, by a very talented lawyer. I have referred him to others who have also experienced the same standards. It was the best out come for me in my divorce. I am free, with the overwhelming support of this lawyer.

I have been a client of Francis' for about 3 years now. From start to finish, Francis was very clear in what to expect when it came to court appearances, and paperwork. He is very patient, and always takes your needs/wants into consideration, while ensuring that you are aware of what the realistic outcomes could be. Although he could run late sometimes, he never makes you feel rushed while you are in an appointment with him, and is very accessible outside of regular office hours. I would not only work with Francis again, but I would certainly recommend him to my family members and friends!

Francis represted my ex wife. I represented myself. I won custody of my 3 children didnt haave to pay spousal support. By the way he colluded with my ex trying to accuse me of beating my children and had 3 orders to have me arrested. Well it all backfired on them.

Worst lawyer ever, you would be better off representing yourself. He was always late, never returned calls or emails, his assistant made constant mistakes in regard to scheduling. He did not pay attention in court, allowing the other party to state things that were untrue without disputing them in front of a judge. He told me one thing at our meetings and then blind sighted me in court. BEWARE OF THIS "LAWYER" hiring him was the worst mistake I have ever made.

Totally incompetent. Always late for his appointments. At times even 1 hour or more late. Last minute guy. Promises are completely empty. Worst lawyer I was ever stuck with. He would only contact me when something was near its due date and treated me like a fool. Worst lawyer.

He acts with integrity and compasion, which is outstanding in the cut troat world of divoice law. I would not just recommend him, I would advise you to experience this for yourself. He gives honest feed back, with outstanding insight. He is a jem with in the crown. Thank you so much for your time and compasion. I delt with Francis for my divorce and he provided me with excellent service. My ex was trying to push me out of my kids life and he helps me make sure that I get my time with them. Francis understood what the judge was looking for and represented me well. I highly recommend him. He truly cares. I was able to get in tough with him when I needed him and this was helpful for me because my ex was playing a lot of games.

Not very good at all. Promised one thing and the result was something completely different. Didn't feel like all the $ I was paying was being used for me. Although able to be reached at odd hours, the communication was not great towards the end. Ended up with massive payments to ex. Copied and pasted an e-mail I sent right into his motion without editing. The mediation lawyer did a better job than he did. There are better family lawyers in Ottawa you just have to search for them.
