I would like to start my review by sayingeEmma D. Apodaca is the most skilled, professional, well spoken, strategist attorney I have ever met. In my many years of business I have not encountered an attorney that cares so much for the people and "actually" has their best interest at heart. What a polar opposite she is to the industry. Not ONLY did she win my case but she won it with sheer elegance and precision to the law. She left no stone unturned and was so prepared that even the courts had no questions. Her work, preparedness, and specific knowledge of the law was irrefutable. I couldn't be more grateful and to say satisfied would be an understatement. If you are like me and need a HUGH win and an attorney that will actually care about you and your needs, Emma is hands down who you need. Super fast and extremely reasonable. Take it from my review and more importantly take it from my win where the odds were stacked against me from the start.

Muy inteligente y con muy buenos conocimientos migratorios, se preocupa mucho por cada caso. En el mio particular, era un caso tan difícil que nisiquiera PAPA lo quiso continuar, estaba bien difícil, pero la abogada Apodaca, supo que pruebas y como y cuando aportarlas y ganó mi caso, sabía lo que se necesitaba para convencer a Inmigración y ganar el caso. Estoy muy agradecida con Ella y con su impeccable Trabajo.

Ms. Apodaca was a really good lawyer to work with. She was able to obtain my U Visa even though it was a really hard case and USCIS kept trying to put obstacles up! I have no doubts about recommending her, she is really good and was very attentive and caring about my case and me as a client. I was definitely glad to have her as my attorney.

Great attorney! Listened to all of my concerns and addressed them with patience and in a way that was easy for me to understand. She really pays attention to you as a person and not just as another case. Highly recommend!
