Not recommended! He just made a tough situation harder. I recently hired him to represent me. I should've know there would be issues when his secretary seemed to know more about my case than he did. He never returned my phone calls, ignored questions about my case and became indignant with me when I insisted on knowing if I would have a record. I am not sure what is so hard about telling a client what to expect. I always went to court feeling uninformed and unsure of my situation. If I had not already paid him, I would have went with anyone but him.
