Turned an already bad situation into a horrible situation. Arrogant, Rude and overall terrible attorney. He actually dosed off in the courtroom just before my case was heard. If you hire him you will sorry..trust me

this was my attorney for visitation rights with my daughter after my divorce. while he did not ignore the violation of my ex-wife he did not insist that she be held accountable for her actions. i feel he listened more to her attorney than to me. he consistantly would take her to court and simply accept the judges decision to basically shake a finger at her which did nothing but incourage her to continue to violate my parental rights. he billed me thousands of dollars for simply going to court but not really pursuing any real results. my exwife denied me from seeing my wife for months he promise to send her to jail and when the time came to prosecute her he insisted i give her another chance. i was so discussed and tired of the problems and lack of results i volunteerly gave up my partial custody of my daughter. i also would like to count on his billing method it is very confusing and when i tried to contact him to figure it out he delegated his secretary to explain and she could not.

In my divorce case upon his client, attempts to garnish social security benefits, possibly utilizes fraudlent methods in garnishment attempt, fails to defend his client, works in collusion with opposition attorney, demands subsurviance from his client, charges excessive fees, threatens to leave client in middle of proceedings, pressures client to abandon agreements, refuses to defend client against opposition violations, goes on lengthy vacations while client lingers, is a total prima donna (my opinion), ie., it's all about him.
