Excellent work. I had two misdemeanors, one was dropped outright and for the other I received minimal community service with no criminal record. I could not have asked for a better result. Furthermore, Cliff was extremely accessible and kept me well aware of how things were going with my case throughout the entire process.

Cliff Swayze is by far one of the hardest working lawyers in Austin. I initially called one of the big law firms in town, and I immediately got the feeling that I was just a number to them; plus, they were going to charge me a fortune. Cliff, on the other hand, is incredibly reasonable with his prices and gives each case the attention it deserves. Cliff did so much work on my case (and gathered so much evidence to prove my innocence) that by the time we got to court the prosecution realized they had no case, and dismissed the charges.

a friend of mine was pending a court case hen he received a second offense under very questionable police procedure. Cliff fought for his client and resolved the case fairly. my referral came last January when I was pulled over w questionable intentions and ended up w a citation for Posession of Marijuana. I presented my case to Mr. Swayze and we found a fair resolution resulting in a complete dismisal. He made the whole process very simple as if I've been in auto-pilot for the last 7 months.
