Terrible- Claims to be a hot shot. Claims to know all about matrimonial law, but misjudged opposing attorneys motives and opposing client. Resulting in great expense. When I was out of money because he drained me dry he walked away. Too expensive and can't get job done. Spent over 70 k and no divorce. On my own now no attorney no money thanks to this clown. Be careful with this guy. No hot shot

Repeatedly unprepared. Requested multiple postponements and billed for these requests. Rarely responded to emails or phone calls. Final divorce agreement was missing agreed conditions and terms provided for in earlier versions and negotiations. His professionalism and work product are not in step with his hubris.

Overall he was a professional and pleasant man to work with. He knows the ins and outs of the divorce process and got the ruling in my favor.

The three other reviews were exactly what my experience was with this attorney. Was repeatedly unprepared and asked for adjournments several times. Bill was three times what he said it 'should be' at interviewed. Case unnecessarily languished.

Mr. Quatela made an already very difficult and stressful situation even more difficult by never returning calls, being arrogant and at times verbally abusive and telling me he rarely opens my emails. He did not represent me as a competent matrimonial lawyer. The fees he charged were outrageous and certainley did not in any way the result, which were less than minimal, over a two year period of time.He did not as much as file for a Pendente Lite for 15 MONTHS! I feel he bleed me for money he knew I did not have and abandon me when I ran out of money...two years into the proceedings, after stating he would work out fees by my signing an agreement and then reneged. I found out he also spoke negativity to the Judge in chamber and in front of opposing counsel.
