Since going to my hearing and trying to resolve my W.C. case it has been two years and he has royally screwed things up, my set-aside for future medical has been reduced by half and I can't get him to respond to my inquires regarding lost wages, phone messages go without call backs for weeks or if at all. After expressing my anger about his work ethic he suggest that maybe I should look for another attorney! He has been paid for my permanent disabilty without having to doing anything since I had already had my claim approved before going to him, now that he has to make some effort he is not available or lacks the effort to even speak to the adjuster to get answers to my questions.
