If you want to waste time and money he might work for you. Mark is a pleasant person but terrible lawyer. Our case dragged for years and nothing was resolved.

Does not respond to calls or return calls,seems to work for himself not the client I would be careful hiring this individual

I have never even met this guy, but i decided to look him up. He works for MacAdams Law firm in Abbotsford, which has a web site that says that have only one lawyer, and Misner ain't it. Maybe they are too embarrassed to have him on their web site.Curious situation !
