This lawyer talks a great game, but it cost me about $8,000 to see that he is all talk. That amount of money and he never represented me in court, so I was forced to find a more capable attorney. His wife works for him and seems to believe she is also an attorney (she isn't). Mr. Baker has a good knowledge of law, but he makes it very obvious what his number one concern is: taking your money! After putting down a hefty retainer, I would get a monthly billing statement (normal), but his wife would call two or three days after sending the bill to make sure it would be paid IMMEDIATELY. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer unless you like to waste money while hearing him and his wife talk about how great they are.
