I am extremely grateful to have had Clayton in my corner during this ordeal. His advice and guidance were spot on throughout the entire case. He was diligent in answering my many questions and realistic about what the possible outcomes. Clayton is an intelligent, talented and hard working.

Needed a restraining order.. came in at 4pm.. basically shut his entire office down and had 3 people working for me ... had my restraining order in 45 minutes! Has very professional commanding presence in the courtroom and is very prepared and respected by the judge. Do not pit your childs fate in anyone that isnt platinum quality. Clayton is amazing.

Mr. Spencer is professional, to the point, his office staff was very understanding and personable. He represented me for both a criminal matter and a family matter as well. He was able to tell me what my options were so that I could weigh them before making major decisions.

Clayton Spencer of Spencer and Sundstrom is polite but to-the-point, meetings concluding with statements of what he can and cannot do plus what the client can/should (or should not) do based on the facts as presented and will make calls to local authorities during meetings if necessary. He follows through with calls and commitments. He did not charge me for legal forms which he said I could fill out myself but took the time to give me the forms and some instruction on their submission. He's not afraid to call for clarification, though that's the reason for the "4" ratings when I felt he had not been thorough enough with his research before calling. Says he'll bill me after he makes a positive impact, not before. Ongoing case so we'll see how it goes. He's busy but not too difficult to schedule. S&S is a small partnership office, not a large firm.
