I used Litchney Law Firm for my bankruptcy and they truly turned a very stressful situation for me into one where I was able to not worry about it and count on them to help me. They responded very quickly to my request for relief from the nightmare that a wage garnishment caused me, filing my case quickly so that I wouldn’t lose any money. The attorney Lucas Garcia on my case was professional, experienced and sympathetic to my situation, I feel blessed to have had him on my side. The cost was reasonable and they worked with me on making payments. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and helpful, they returned calls and emails quickly and the court hearing was quick and smooth with no issues. I have already recommended many to their firm and will continue to do so. I am very thankful to them and am hopeful now with the filing of my case that my life will return to normal soon!

I have paid a extra fee to fast track bankrutcy We were told that they would stop any garnishment of wages but it would take 5 days. It has been 3 weeks now and I was garnished and no communication from firm what so ever. We have had to call to get info and all we are being told is the attorney has a appointment on Monday at 5:00 pm So I am very disappointed at this point. Not sure why between my extra payment and the garnishment I am out a 1000.00 with no answers at all. i do not believe I would ever recommend Them again.

She has helped me over the last few years with business law issues and a trademark for my business while times were good, in addition to an estate plan for my family and then when times got bad she assisted me with saving my home from foreclosure and filing for bankruptcy. I have found her and those at her firm to be knowledgeable and very experienced in the areas they practice, patient, helpful and very skilled. Communication was always great and they took a lot of the burdens of dealing with all of the above off of me. I have referred many of my family and friends to her firm and they have all had similar experiences. Hopefully next time I have to use her it will be for more business work as the economy improvces!

They say they have 60 year expericne. They dont. One guy has 1 year another only 2. Bogus and ripoff.
