I am currently pursuing a case of conspiracy against civil rights involving this lawyer. He framed a crime on me when he said he paid a debt I owed to ebay which he failed to do and I was arrested. Since this involves kidnapping NJ to Pa placing me in a witness protection using 14 false traffic citations driver's license suspension with other lawyers, district attorneys involved. I was held in a witness protection etc, by a lawyer and police so this is a federal crime and 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights. If you look at the law, this carries the death penalty for this lawyer possibly if prosecuted. So if you want to possibly framed and jailed by this ex-federal prosecutor I warned you and he has no couth, sophistication or manners. He is your typical dump truck low life, yelling lawyer whom called me to his office approx 30 times for no reason. I was a government informant against my will so I am highly credible and should be considered EQUAL to an officer of the court.

This lawyer said that he paid a debt I owed to a company and he did not and then I was charged with theft and jailed. He botched my personal injury case and lied to me that I would get a large amount of money then he had me sign a document saying it was only expenses up t that date and he lied and I signed away my case for a lifetime of injuries and income for only about $10,000 approx.

Friends recommended Mr. Villanova to me and I’m glad they did. Mr. Villanova was very honest and straight-forward about my case and what I should expect. I was injured and in bad shape. Mr. Villanova lied to me telling me I could reopen my case anytime if I could not work in the future. Now he says I am a lawyer he lied.

Met Mr. Villanova about 7 years ago when my wife had an accident. He was very professional and took care of everything fast and efficient. Got her a settlement for 150 thousand. Since then Mr. Villanova has helped me with a frivolous case that a contractor brought against me for free. Mr. Villanova currently represents me in a case involving my two boys and myself. Fully trust him and his team in all aspects of the case. Would highly recommend him to anyone including my own family.

Mr. Villanova has been my lawyer for approximately 9 years and is very competent with the work he has performed for me. When I call he is always prompt to return my phone calls. I hired Mr Villanova a few years ago, at the beginning I was impressed with Him. He shows up at my house on New Years day, I thought that was a little strange. what it was all about was, I slipped at a major Truck Stop in some Truck stop I,tore a couple discs out of my Neck. He promised me Millions that day. to make a long story short,5 years later how We were at a Litigation in Harrisburg, He sold me out, I went outside to have a Smoke, and when I came back in, everyone was putting their Coats on. I said whats going on. he said I settled it. I said how much, he said $50.000. I couldn't believe it. but there was nothing I could do. a month later, I go pick my check up, and it was for only $16.000. He stole the rest of it. so I tried to sue him, but there wasn't another Lawyer, that would touch it. so if anyone out there decides to Hire Him. remember my comment. He is a Thief.

I seen all these bad reviews. He is straigtford and blunt. He's not a social worker but he works hard and gets results. I got hurt real bad to the point I might not be able to work again. He's not a fluffy warm guy. But do you want a fluffy warm guy representing you? I know he has bigger cases than mine and is extremely busy, but I'm not letting him go. I go to a licenced therapist to vent about my problems. At first the reviews scared me, but my experience so far has been decent. I will update after he fights on my case. Hes gone a lot but I hear from him at least twice a month. So if your looking for a lawyer that will spend hours on the phone with you a month that wants to hear all your problems, then he's not the guy for you. If you want a no B S guy that would scare the hell out of me in court he's who I want on my side. My son almost fired him because of this site. Mr Villanova kicked butt for him. So get real people stop knocking the guy. Get a therapist.

I contacted Mr. Villanova to help my daughter in a Pennsylvania matter. We are West Virginia residents. Mr. Villanova was very helpful, if he did not know the answer to a question we asked he would find out and get right back with us. He even gave us his cell phone number so we would be able to keep in touch with him. I would highly recommend Mr. Villanova.

I would not recommend him as an attorney to anyone, even though another law firm recommended him because the incident occurred in West Virginia. He had no knowledge as to how to fill out paperwork for the state. Another attorney had to walk him through it!

I hired this Lawyer in 2002, he settled my case when I went outside for a smoke for $50.000 which left me Disabled.it took me 4 years to get any money.out of the $50.000 I ended up with $16.00. He stole the rest of it.but before all this happened He told me he would give me 10 percent of all the accident cases I got Him. when the Mitchell Plant Stack in Marshall county WV. blew up a couple years ago, He calls me and said Duane please tell me that you knew the Husbands Wife that got Killed. I said I didnt, but my Nephew was on top of the Stack that blew up. He said He would give me the 10 percent if I could talk my Nephew into hiring him. to make this story a whole lot shorter than it is.My Nephew did hire him, the case was settled a couple years ago for $27.0000. I didnt get a dime.I called him when it was all said and done.He says. I didnt tell you that. thats would be aginst the Law.Iam just here telling anyone that plans on hiring this Crook, beware.He will Rob you blind. Thank Y.
