Evan Kagan took my retainer and never did anything. I hired him regarding time share sales fraud and he took my money, did nothing and then sent me a letter terminating our relationship, without returning my retainer and without returning my paper file, including important documents. Regarding Mr. Kagan--CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!
