Provided a quote and then quadrupled the amount without advising it would be higher. Was dishonest with me when she erred to cover up her mistakes. Is money hungry, time not managed well and overall dishonest. Even though we won, all the money went to paying her bill. Find a different lawyer, she is not worth it.

Mary Lou handled the estate of my late mother. It was an unusual situation in which the inheritance wasn't really an inheritance, the deceased had caused a lot of damage to our lives and died owing us a lot, she had been using us and stealing from us unfortunately. Her sister, the co-executor wound up causing a lot of problems early on in dealing with the estate which caused a lot more damage financially and otherwise to me and my kids and caused us to question whether we could trust Mary Lou. The estate was unnecessarily dragged on due to the confusion the co-executor caused as well as financial damage the co executor caused and Mary Lou made sure that the estate was closed out how it should have been and that me and my kids didn't get screwed over even more than we already were. I'm a single dad, raising my kids on my own and thanks to this me and my kids will be just fine, although we have a lot of rebuilding to do, that is possible thanks to Mary Lou and Tracey.

Lied to get her way. Very unethical. Stated she would move the court date. Lied and then went ahead with it getting a judgement. Reported to Law Society and they believed her as they do not want to put effort towards finding the truth.

Horrible experience with her. She will prolong everything so she can continue to take your money. You will have to fight HER to work for you and do the right thing. She rarely had time to work on my case. And I was not kept in the loop regarding conversations with opposing counsel. I heard she was a pitbull, but I never saw it in action. She only ripped me apart.

Money hungry, time restraints with her schedule. Unclear direction; communication varied, personality conflicts with her staff lead to being misinformed. Untrustworthy for accurate info in given circumstances. Professionally unacceptable.

Love her! Extremely hard worker and really knows her stuff. She is always on top of the file and communicates everything. Her work quality is very detailed and specific and she represents her client very well in pre-trial. She goes the extra mile! Very trustworthy and fair. She tells it like it is and is has a great sense of humor.
