This guy does cheap work and does a cheap job . He charges less but he is not qualified to do a good job . He should charge more but do an adequate job. don't get sucked in by the low price quote.

Doc was the lawyer for our home purchase. I agree - easy to contact at any time, kept us informed as the deal progressed and also explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. Would recommend him to anyone!
